  • Purpose-built agents, a set of 10 new purpose-built agents with others coming soon and together they will supercharge your team’s capacity to deliver personalized experiences at scale by an order of magnitude each customer experience agent addresses a specific area where marketing and CX teams are overburdened and where your current processes can become bottlenecks the agents help you deliver specific business outcomes and free your teams to focus on the work that matters most. Some of these agents are site optimization agents, audience agents, and more.
  • Multi-agent collaboration. AEP Agent Orchestrator uses adaptive decision-making to coordinate across multiple agents, both Adobe AI agents and the ones in your ecosystem to accomplish key goals while balancing computational efficiency, execution time, and resource utilization.
  • The reasoning engine uses inference model processes, context-specific data constructs predictive models, and builds orchestration plans to understand the consumer’s intent and make decisions to continuously optimize towards a goal.
  • The customer experience models are proprietary fine-tuned small language models within the agent orchestrator. They’re grounded in your CX data and use cases while maintaining your privacy and your data governance and they are essential to maintaining precision and high quality.

Adobe Brand Concierge built on AEP Agent Orchestrator, it helps you configure and manage AI agents that guide consumers and customers from exploration to purchase to loyalty. It enables real-time immersive and personalized experiences. Its multi-modal supports interactions across text, voice, images, and video because it is powered by content from AEM and insights. The brand concierge helps personalize every engagement based on customer preferences and previous interactions, all anchored in first-party data to ensure reliability and brand compliance. The Brand Concierge app was launched, offering a platform for building and managing both Adobe and third-party AI agents, further enhancing the ecosystem for personalized experiences.

Adobe Commerce as a Cloud service, introduced by Adobe during Summit 2025 will offer flexibility, scalability, and efficiency by enabling businesses to deliver and rapidly scale digital operations and accelerate innovation. Adobe’s cloud-native infrastructure automatically adjusts resources to meet peak demands for traffic, orders, and catalog management.

Adobe Commerce Optimizer, an experience layer for modern commerce, is designed to enhance performance and flexibility to help deliver faster, more scalable, and high-performing e-commerce experiences while reducing infrastructure costs and improving site reliability. Whether you’re tackling high-traffic events, streamlining checkout, or leveraging AI-driven insights, this tool is designed to help brands deliver faster, smarter, and more scalable shopping experiences.

3. Commerce Storefront powered by Edge Delivery to achieve ultra-fast, dynamic storefronts that enhance customer experience by delivering content closer to the end-user, improving load times, and boosting conversions. Commerce Storefront is a fully headless and decoupled architecture, which means that frontends can be independent from the Commerce Foundation. This provides merchants with the flexibility to build and test new touchpoints with emerging technologies.

4. Product Visuals are seamlessly managed through AEM Assets to efficiently manage, personalize, and distribute high-quality product imagery and videos across multiple channels, driving engagement and sales.

5. A rich set of merchandising services and payment services that support key business goals. They will also provide APIs imperative to optimize store performance and leverage limitless scalability.

  • Live Search, an AI-powered search tool to deliver faster, hyper-relevant, and smarter results to shoppers
  • Product Recommendations to provide AI-driven suggestions based on all historical data of a shopper, including behavior, popular trends, product similarity, and more
  • Advanced Merchandising with catalog channels & policies, giving enterprises greater control over product catalogs, allowing them to customize and personalize product listings based on regions, customer segments, and business needs. Along with Adobe Commerce Optimizer, merchants can optimize catalog performance and improve conversion rates.
  • Payment services to include more payment methods to drive purchases, including interest-free payment installments. It will also provide a single view of payment processing, orders, and invoices.

6. Simplified asset management via a robust digital asset management (DAM) system integrated with Adobe Experience Manager for easy managing of rich media content.

7. Adobe provides comprehensive extension points and tools to extend Commerce Foundation capabilities and integrate it with third-party systems. This reduces the total cost of ownership of the platform by improving scalability, providing an isolated environment where developers can upgrade or modify their extensions without relying on core release, and also with technological independence to choose tech stacks and coding languages as per their needs.   • API Mesh for Adobe Developer App Builder – Combines multiple data sources (APIs, GraphQL, REST) into a single, easy-to-use endpoint, making integrations smoother and reducing complexity.
  • App Builder – This lets you create secure, scalable web applications that extend Adobe Commerce features and seamlessly connect with other platforms.
  • Events – Set up custom event triggers to automate actions and connect with other development tools.
  • Webhooks – Automatically sync data between Adobe Commerce and third-party systems by triggering real-time updates.
  • Admin UI SDK – Customize and enhance the Adobe Commerce Admin Panel by adding new features and personalized interfaces for merchants.
  • Integration Starter Kit – Speeds up your back-office integrations with ready-to-use templates, scripts, and best practices for a seamless setup.

8. Commerce Foundation, a secure automated hosting platform with self-service features for managing eCommerce apps in a cloud-native environment. This includes simplified onboarding and seamless upgrades.
