Responsibilities
-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce QA, with a focus on Salesforce B2C and B2B Commerce Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
- Proven experience in developing and executing comprehensive test plans and strategies for Salesforce implementations.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data models, and integration points.
- Proficiency in using QA tools and frameworks such as Selenium, QTP, TestNG, JIRA, and HP ALM.
- Strong understanding of automation frameworks and scripting languages (e.g., Java, JavaScript, Apex).
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide effective solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Certifications
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, or Salesforce Certified Sales/Service Cloud Consultant are highly desirable.
